Mozambique 651 tons zero spangle gi coil project

In December, Wanzhi Steel workshop produced a batch of zero spangle galvanized coils, which were ordered by a Mozambican customer. The customer was referred by our Rwandan customer and trusted us very much, so he placed an order for several hundred tons at a time.

Customer Background

The climate is tropical, with an annual rainfall of 800 to 1,200 mm and an average annual temperature of 20°C. The customer built a warehouse and a large tent locally, requiring a smooth, bright surface. Due to the climate, the zinc was required to be bright enough to resist frequent erosion by rain.

Bright flakes appear when the molten zinc coating on galvanized steel begins to cool below the melting point of zinc, 787° F (419° C). As the zinc melts, the individual atoms of the metal move in a Brownian motion, which appears to be more or less random。
